Tina Breslow

Tina’s life and career have been defined by her determination to see possibilities, rather than boundaries, when presented with a challenge. She envisions fantastic events, recognizes newsworthy stories, identifies true talent and makes things happen. Regarded as a key player in bringing Philadelphia into the national culinary spotlight, Philadelphia Business Journal described Tina as “the ever-enthusiastic publicist who has helped make the food scene in this town hip, happening, and newsworthy.”

Tina specializes in the spectacular, wrapping 20-story buildings in 40,000 square feet of red ribbon and getting 1,000 people to show up to taste a beer they’ve never heard of. Since her company’s start in 1985, she’s had many success stories including securing Marc Vetri’s spot on the cover of Food & Wine magazine as one of its “10 Best New Chefs of 1999” and capturing national attention at the Borgata’s launch, with coverage from the New York Times, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal. Recently, Tina organized Philadelphia’s Taste America for the James Beard Foundation. The Philadelphia event was hosted by Carla Hall of ABC’s The Chew and featured 35 top area chefs, from 70’s legacies to today’s rising stars, demonstrating Philadelphia’s rise to the culinary spotlight. Tina has been an active supporter of the James Beard Foundation for over 20 years.
